You must already have an existing Servicing Center account in order to change your password.
- Enter your email that is associated with your loan account.
- Click the black Send request button.
- You'll receive an email from our Servicing Center which is just to confirm your email address.
- In that same email, there is a link for you to click and set up a new password.
- Please note that the email sent to you is time sensitive and you should set up your new password right away.
